Stretching can be hard to do
We all know we should stretch and work on our flexibility and mobility. Some of us do it naturally, some of us do a little, but often it’s hard to find the time, motivation and know how to do it properly.
We often feel pain and tightness. To take the stress out of it all and create real change, we stretch your whole body using myofascial resistance stretching and the proven Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation technique (PNF), stretching the muscles, joint capsule and connective tissue and using breath work to help ypu shift from 'fight flight' to 'parasympathetic' mode where your body does it's best healing, resting and digesting . Research highlights the importance of fascia in keeping us moving and alleviating pain. Fascia is the connective tissue that runs throughout your whole body, wrapping around muscles, suspending organs and bones, and integrating the nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems. It is important to keep fascia fluid and healthy.
Assisted stretching literally exfoliates your insides, stripping away excess fascia and scar tissue, creating permanent change to become a more dynamic, connected, energetic and elastic you. |
It's good to be stretched
Being professionally stretched ensures you're stretched correctly, for longer, across all major muscle groups and fascial lines to address the underlying issues. Instead of treating one region, we stretch your entire fascial network which leads to lasting change.

And it's good for you to be stretched
In more ways than you imagine!
Assisted stretching:
This is more invigorating and relaxing than a massage. I feel so relaxed after this session, but I also feel alert and happy. I've never had a stretch session and I think this is exactly what I've been looking for to strengthen my back. |
Michael Mosley, British journalist, presenter and doctor, reported a 30 minute assisted stretch can reduce blood sugar by 26%.

Breathing is central to our unique process and we teach you to breathe properly.
Far too often we are in fight flight mode and this accelerates our adrenal glands, cortisol levels and creates hormonal imbalance. Using slow, deep breathing, we help you to switch on your parasympathetic nervous system prompting the body to rest, rejuvenate and regenerate efficiently. This puts a break on the stress response, boosts your respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous systems, settles your body back into homeostasis and leads to miraculous healing effects. |
Our stretch therapy suits people of all ages and levels of mobility and flexibility
For the athlete
Being an active masters rower and a coach of national squad, through regular stretching sessions my recovery is substantially better, my range of motion has improved dramatically and I feel so much more energised. |

It has changed my life! I used to have back pain every day. Every. Single. Day. Since I've been stretching, the pain has disappeared. If your experience is anything like mine, you'll be amazed at the results. |
For people living with disease or disability
I am stretching twice a week and it has made such a difference. |

This is next level amazing! I was actually going to go for a massage but decided to try this instead and it was so what I needed! After 4 months of assisted stretching, Margie continues to do the impossible. I keep being amazed that my flexibility continues to improve. It has helped so much in my passion of cycling... been able to have my handlebars lowered to a more aggressive position, resulting in significant more power and control. Also with a greater range of neck movement sideways, I have a greater peripheral view and therefore safety. This also translates to similar safety when driving my car and looking over my shoulder for blind spot traffic. Now that I am cycling harder the subsequent shortening of muscles and tight tissues and joints are being addressed ..which results in a faster recovery. Thanks so much. |
